About Us Gode Sirklar (Positive Circles) is fully owned by the local municipalities of Fjell, Sund and Øygarden. The local municipalities entered a four year partnership agreement with SINTEF in 2005. The latter is to design, develop and run the company. The municipalities` financial investments to the company make up the initial capital for development projects, which are to be financed by third parties, both public and private ones. The company has since the establishment in 2005, developed its own project organisation without employees, and hire staff only when needed. At the same time the organisation is building a team with ownership and relationship to the business and region over time. More than 20 researches have been involved as advisors including regional personnel. They come from varied institutions such as SINTEF, NTNU, Høgskolen i Bergen and the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and the University of Bergen in addition to some private institutions. Students from national and international universities are also involved in the company.
